our late policy
the studio gets locked 1 minute before class is scheduled to start. this means you will not be able to come into the studio after it's locked. although, we would love to make exceptions, other attendees deserve to practice in an uninterrupted space. for many, classes are an escape and a time for self-care, we want to create a very respectful place for everyone.
the studio opens half hour before the class is scheduled to start. you are more than welcome to check-in at that time and secure your spot in class!
if you cannot attend your class that you've booked, please remove yourself online from the class asap as we often have people on our waitlist. you can remove yourself from the class up until 5 hours before the scheduled start time. if you cannot attend within those 5 hours, please reach out to us as quickly as possible so we manually remove you from our end and the next person can take your spot.
if you cancel before the 5 hour window, you will not be charged a late fee. if you need to cancel in the 5 hour window, there will be a $10 late cancel charge to your card. there will be some exceptions for emergencies!
all booked classes are non-refundable. if the studio needs to cancel your class, you will get a class credit on your account for a makeup class of your choice.
